Card Crest respects the intellectual property rights of artists, publishers, game creators, and trademark owners. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international copyright legislation, Card Crest responds expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

All photographs displayed on our storefront represent genuine physical inventory held in our custody, photographed in-house under high-definition studio lighting to document exact card conditions.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright or trademark owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content appearing on Card Crest infringes your intellectual property, please submit a written notification containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the infringed right.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed, including registration numbers where applicable.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including specific URLs on Card Crest.
4. Reasonably sufficient contact information (name, physical address, telephone number, and email address).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
