Every collectible dispatched from Card Crest is underwritten with full replacement transit coverage and packaged under physical custody controls.
1. The Armored Custody Standard
Unlike standard ecommerce retailers, Card Crest handles irreplaceable collector grails and rare graded trading cards. Every single parcel leaving our custody facility is packed using industrial shock-dampening materials, tamper-evident numbered void tape, and heavy-gauge puncture-resistant outer cartons.
2. Dispatch Schedules & Handling Times
Because every item undergoes an optical and ultrasonic integrity audit prior to packaging, dispatch occurs strictly within established security windows:

3. Mandatory Direct Adult Signature
To eliminate doorstep theft and unauthorized interception, all parcels require a direct adult signature upon delivery. Couriers are strictly instructed not to release parcels to unsecured porches, mail slots, or neighbors without explicit customer verification.
4. Customs, Duties & International Clearance
International shipments are processed through established commercial customs portals. For international destinations, import duties, VAT, or local customs fees may be assessed by your local border agency according to statutory regulations. Card Crest provides accurate, compliant commercial invoices detailing the exact commodity classification (HS Code 9504.40 for collectible game cards).
5. Transit Damage or Discrepancy Claims
In the highly unlikely event that an outer transit box arrives with evidence of external crushing or tampering, please follow this protocol:
- Photograph the parcel prior to opening, clearly documenting the courier label and any exterior tears or breach of security tape.
- Inspect the interior Card Crest tamper-evident sleeve. Do not unseal the inner sleeve if the slab appears damaged.
