Every authenticated item is backed by a 14-day examination window and full refund guarantee when custody integrity is maintained.
1. 14-Day Examination Guarantee
Card Crest stands behind the authenticity, grade, and preservation of every card and sealed box in our custody. From the precise timestamp your parcel is delivered and signed for, you have 14 calendar days to inspect the item under personal magnification and verify its registry verification credentials.
Zero Restocking Fees: We do not penalize collectors. Valid returns in original condition receive a 100% refund of the product purchase price.
2. Custody & Return Eligibility Requirements
To protect the integrity of our authenticated inventory and prevent tampering or slab swapping, returns must satisfy the following conditions:
- Intact Tamper-Evident Custody Sleeve: Every slab is shipped sealed within an archival tamper-evident sleeve bearing a unique holographic serial number. Slabs returned with intact, unbroken seals are eligible for unconditional refund.
- Undamaged Slabs: PSA, BGS, or CGC holders must not show signs of impact, opening attempts, solvent exposure, or mechanical alteration.
- Sealed Booster Boxes & Cases: Factory shrink-wrap must remain 100% intact, including original publisher logos (e.g. Pokémon Pokéball shrink-wrap) with no incisions or resealing.
- Original Inclusions: All documentation, certificates, and presentation packaging must accompany the return.
3. 3-Step Return Procedure
- Initiate Request: Contact carrots.shot@gmail.com with your order number and photographs showing the intact custody seal and slab front/back.
- Receive Insured Return Authorization: Our team will issue an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid, insured courier shipping label.
- Dispatch & Vault Verification: Package the item securely using the provided materials and drop it off at an authorized carrier station with receipt of handoff.
4. Inspection Verification & Refund Payout
Upon physical arrival at our facility (58 Langdale Rd, Manchester, M14 5PN, United Kingdom):
- Our intake technicians verify the holographic seal against our dispatch records within 24 to 48 hours.
- Following verification, your refund is processed immediately to your original method of payment.
- Financial institutions usually credit funds within 3 to 5 business days.
