By accessing our storefront or acquiring certified vault inventory, you agree to the following terms governing authentication, payments, and custody.
1. Authenticity & Third-Party Certification Neutrality
Card Crest acts as a sovereign dealer and forensic vault custodian of high-tier collectibles. All graded items are encapsulated and certified by third-party grading authorities (PSA, Beckett BGS, CGC, SGC). Card Crest independently validates ink spectral composition and sonic seal integrity but does not alter or dispute third-party assigned numeric grades.
2. Pricing, Reserves & Title Transfer
All prices are listed in USD unless dynamically localized. Due to extreme market volatility in high-grade collectibles, prices are subject to real-time adjustments prior to confirmed order checkout. Title of ownership transfers upon verified courier delivery and physical signature confirmation.
3. Anti-Fraud & Identity Verification
To protect collectors against fraudulent chargebacks and stolen credit facilities, transactions exceeding $2,500 may require supplementary 3D Secure biometric confirmation or bank wire settlement. Orders flagged by automated security algorithms may be paused pending concierge verification.
4. Limitation of Liability
Card Crest shall not be held liable for post-delivery damage occurring after the removal of our tamper-evident custody seals, including improper client storage, exposure to moisture, or secondary market resale disputes.
